MCA Back Office 101

Once you join MCA, the company provides you in what we call a Back Office in which you can keep track of everything; your transactions, how much money you make, who is on your team, how your team is doing, their current plan, etc..

I hope this will help you understand how to navigate your back office.

TO CHECK HOW MUCH YOU ARE GETTING PAID THAT WEEK

MCA offers weekly commission pay. These commissions are paid every single Friday. The window period is from Sunday midnight (going to Monday) - Saturday midnight (going to Sunday). Whatever commission you earned during that window period will be sent to your bank account, via direct deposit, the following Friday. MCA will post the amount that you are earning on either Wedneday or Thursday (The day before the Friday Payday). To view the amount, Click on the Associates tab on top of your back office. Then click on the Associate Payments tab. This will allow you to view how much you are getting paid that Friday, as well as all your payments from previous weeks.

HOW TO CHECK ALL YOUR TRANSACTIONS
Click on Account tab. Then click on Transaction History tab.
This will show all the transactions you've had with MCA from the very beginning. From weekly commissions earned, monthly fees, matrix commissions; it can all be viewed here.
